Lorde would rather be dancing.
That’s the takeaway from her latest video for “Yellow Flicker Beat” off the Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 soundtrack, which Lorde released as an 18th birthday gift to herself.
In it she shows of all kinds of moves in an assortment of outfits. Once and while she even catches the flickering neon light to do some shadow dancing on her own.

While the song has been used to soundtrack Katniss Everdeen’s return to District 12 in the movie’s latest trailer, the heroine, along with her bow and arrow, are nowhere to be found in this clip.
